Brett Moffitt stays in the Truck Series next year! Despite the transition for full-time Xfinity Series action in 2021 with Our Motorsports, the 2018 Truck Series champion will remain in the championship for at least one more season. It has been announced that Moffitt joins Niece Motorsports in the 2021 campaign. He will drive the no.45 Chevrolet truck. Furthermore, Moffitt is eligible to compete for his second title next year as he will declare for points, per Bob Pockrass.

Moffitt himself is very optimistic about a new chapter in his career with the new teams: “I am so thankful to Al Niece, Cody Efaw and everyone at Niece Motorsports for this opportunity. To be able to compete full-time in both Camping World Truck Series and Xfinity Series is challenge I look forward to.”

Moffitt becomes the third full-time driver in the Niece Motorsports squad, joining Carson Hocevar and Ryan Truex. The 2021 season is going to be extremely eventful for Moffitt with two full-time rides, so this will definitely be a story to watch next year.
